TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
1. The above sponsor intends to sponsor the NFL Soccer League/NFL Soccer.
2. It is agreed that this is only a letter of intent to sponsor and, the sponsee will negotiate with the sponsor at the time that the NFL Soccer League is officially established and will come to an agreement as far as the actually funds that will be committed. No transfers or commitments of funds will take place at the time.
3. The sponsor agrees to allow NFL Soccer League/NFL Soccer to inform third parties of their intent to sponsor its league.
