TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
1. The above sponsor is interested sponsoring the NFL Soccer League/NFL Soccer.
2. It is agreed that this is only a letter of interest to sponsor and, the sponsor may sign a letter of intent to actually sponsor the NFL Soccer League/NFL Soccer, if it so desires, once the league is officially established. If they decide to do so, both parties will enter into negotiations to determine the actually funds that will be committed. No transfers or commitments of funds will take place at the time.
3. The sponsor who has expressed an interest to sponsor agrees to allow NFL Soccer League/NFL Soccer to inform third parties of their interest to sponsor its league.
